Why don’t you offer baths?

Simple-we are not equipped to offer baths and we do not bathe in clients' homes for a variety of reasons. This helps us keep the services as streamline as possible to keep things moving!

Do you offer haircuts?

Yes. We offer haircuts on a CASE-BY-CASE basis. But we do not offer “stylized” haircuts, we only offer shave downs. Please fill out the form to request a haircut appointment!

Can I make an appointment for my matted dog?

Yes. Although we don’t encourage letting your pooch get to this point, we are SUPER comfortable taking on matted dogs. Please fill out the form to request a haircut appointment!

Are you a full service grooming company?

No, but we specialize in convenience.

Since we do not offer baths, we cannot call ourselves “full service” but what we offer is a piece of mind. Nail trimming, nail buffing, coat brushing, teeth maintenance, paw balm, ear cleaning, light trimming, and dematting are all things that can get away from us. We offer these in a variety of packages you can choose from!

Are you going to replace my regular groomer?

No way! We are here to make the relationship with your groomer BETTER. Elevate your pets grooming health by keeping up with regular PUPS visits and your groomer will be very impressed!

How often should my pet be groomed?

You should keep your regular full service grooming schedule, but regular maintenance should be done weekly, or at least monthly. This is where P.U.P.S comes in. Come to one of our Nail Trimming Pop-Up Events or fill out an Appointment Request Form for an in-home visit.

Do I need an appointment or do you accept walk ins?

In-home visits are by appointment only but our pop-up nail trimming events are walk-up!

How long does a grooming session take?

Nail Trimming Event: 10 minutes

Do you groom all breeds?

Yes! We groom all breeds. Nail trimming services are even available for cats and small critters!

Can I stay with my pet during the grooming?

Although we don’t have a rule against it, typically, the process is easier if owners are not present. But we will take it case by case!

What if my pet has allergies or medical issues?

Let us know! We take allergies and medical issues very seriously and take any precaution we can.

What do we do if an animal gets quicked?

We IMMEDIATELY use kwik-stop at the time of the quicking and continue services

What is our safety protocol for a sick or injured animal?

If an animal gets injured or sick during the grooming process, we immediately stop the service. We will assess the injury or sickness with the owner to decide if the groom is to be continued or if the animal should be sent to the vet.
